Caddy Cicogna is an artist of multiple disciplines and a grades 5-12 educator, currently working at Beverly High School teaching visual arts. Born and raised in Northeastern Ohio, and currently living in Beverly, MA. She receive her BFA in Art Education from Montserrat College of Art in 2019, and obtains her Massachusetts initial teaching license for the Visual Arts grades 5-12.
Her studio work explores multiple mediums; her primary mediums to work in are painting, printmaking and sewing. Caddy’s artwork consists of still lives and patterns, with a focus on the material culture of the world as well as her experiences living with Type One Diabetes. Her art varies from realism to geometric forms, all developed through her purposeful planning processes.
