Aerial landscapes showing human incursions into the natural environment. The distant, bird-eye view presents housing developments, strip mines, industrial parks, etc., as intrusions into the natural world.
Bartnick has shown nationally and internationally, is in many private, public and corporate collections, and has received numerous awards, including a 2001 Guggenheim Grant in painting.
