CALLING ALL ARTISTS AND VENDORS

Artists will be accepted and contacted on a rolling basis as the jury is able to review applications. In the event that not all spaces are filled, the application will remain open until all available spaces have been filled. In addition to the online application form for review by the jury, three photos are required, two of your product, and one of your 10ftx10ft display. If you are a new vendor and do not have a photo of your 10x10ft display, please provide an image of how you plan to set up your canopy, tables, products, etc.

Arts Fest Beverly is an outdoor event, rain or shine. Vendor spaces are approximately 10ft x 10ft and the fee is $175 plus credit card processing fee. Vendors must comply with any Covid or other public health requirements. Vendors must provide all tables, chairs, canopy, canopy weights, manpower and other items and materials necessary for the space setup. Vendors must provide adequate weights on all canopies to prevent canopies from blowing over. Suggested weight is 40 pounds on each canopy leg. The area can get very windy at times, so for safety purposes any vendor without adequate weights will be asked to add weights at our discretion. Failure to comply with this or any other policy may result in vendors not being allowed to return to future events. Electricity is not available. All vendors are responsible for their own setup starting at 8am and they must be ready for customers by 10am. Vendors’ display must remain within their designated space (do not block the sidewalk) and must be set up for the duration of the event. Dismantling of the display starts at 4pm and must be completed by 5:15pm when the street is opened to cars. All spaces must be left clean. No vendor pets allowed. Vendors must comply with the City of Beverly ban on single use plastic bags. If vendors provide or offer any checkout bags to customers, such bags shall be either a recyclable paper bag or a reusable bag, details are here: https://www.ecode360.com/33359429

ARTIST/VENDOR SELECTION

All vendors, new and returning, will be reviewed for acceptance by Arts Fest Beverly. It is our goal to have a wide variety of products by artists and makers, as well as thoughtfully curated collections of vintage, upcycled, unique and specialty retail items. New and non-traditional artists are encouraged to apply. LGBTQIA+ identified persons, people of color, and others from historically underrepresented communities are encouraged to submit applications.  In order to maintain a high quality, well-balanced event, the jury reserves the right to limit categories that are over-subscribed. Sharing space with another Vendor is not allowed unless special permission is granted by Arts Fest – please email for permission. Vendor selection is at the sole discretion of Arts Fest Beverly and is based on a number of factors. If you sell children’s items, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) regulations. All vendors must be in compliance with State & Federal Tax Laws and display Tax ID Certificate in booth.

The jury will review your images and the information you submit online. Upon acceptance you will be sent an email with a link to our payment page. Checks sent by mail are not accepted, all payments must be made online. Please note some categories take longer to jury than others, so please be patient with us while the jury is in the review process. We receive hundreds of emails and we consider each application carefully.
